Services

Please call the COA at 978-671-0916, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm if you are looking for information on elder services such as transportation, home care, adult day care, nursing homes, and more. We have information on local, state, and national services that can help you navigate the system of elder care in Massachusetts.

Resources

Our staff will answer your questions and find appropriate resources where available. If we can't answer your question right away, we'll do research to find the information for you. In addition, our Outreach staff can meet with you and/or your family member in the senior's home or at the COA to discuss community service options.

Referrals

Our staff receives referrals from many different sources including family members, police and fire, health professionals, community agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, and the elders themselves. If you would like to make a referral, call 978-671-0916 and ask for Outreach Services.

Confidentiality

Note that we do follow strict confidentiality laws, so we are unable to share information about a senior's specific situation unless we have permission from the senior him/herself.
